At CHNGE, we stand by the quality of our sustainable apparel and want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges for all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original sustainable packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
